Sunset over the Cliffs of Laguna

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Bianca Bonus. Bianca is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) living in Orange County, California. She is known for her calm teaching voice, grounding presence, and challenging vinyasa yoga sequences. And her poise, positive attitude and radiance made her a natural fit for this photo shoot.

Strolling along the gorgeous seaside cliffs of Laguna there was contemplation of many aspects of this journey we call life. As the sun transitioned from glowing brightly overhead to twinkling gently off the sea, the conversation drifted to self-reflection. Bianca looked off  into the distance. As evening crept on and the giant red orange sun met the curved ocean horizon, one last look westward was cast, in appreciation of all the beauty this world has to offer, in thanks for peaceful moments like these, and in hopes that more and more will have the chance to just be still and live securely in health and in peace.

Yoga is a graceful and strong practice, says Bianca. She loves to empower her students to move freely and find confidence on their mats. She believes that the yoga mat is one of the most vulnerable places a person can be, since the body often tells a deeper story. And her hope is to inspire her students to find balance and practice mindfulness in their daily lives.

Bianca has a passion for nature, music, and all things fitness. You can often find her chasing sunsets, dancing at a concert, or daydreaming about her next adventure, often in River+Sky, always radiant.

BUST:  Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.  Keep tape level across shoulder blades.

WAIST:  Bend to the side and find the natural crease of your waist - measure around at this point.

HIPS:  Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
