Return Policy

Dress was ordered at full price. Received 2 days ago. Dress was too small. Wanted to return it- apparently it's now on sale and 'final sale' . Online site will not let me effect return. This is unacceptable. I paid full price and was not purchased as 'final sale' but with 14 day return policy. Trying to contact customer service. We shall see. First order will be my last if I can't effect return. WTH?????
